Where can I buy name-brand shoes like Vans or Etnies for less?
I’m on a $35 budget. Any stores or sites that offer these?

Every once in a while, you’ll find shoes like those at TJ Maxx, but no garuntees. Maybe Overstock.com ? You can try yahoo shopping and select your price range and it will do some of the searching for you.
