What kind of skate shoes are better and cheap (under $70)- Emerica, Etnie, ZooYork, or DC?
remember—> good for skateboarding (that means the grip tape won’t scratch and tear it off easily like my old YZ shoes), and cheap… ty for your help
my YooZork shoes are scratched on the side b/c of ollying and kickflipping, it’s causing a hole…
plz tell me what kind of shoes are strong against the griptape… TY
Ok, here’s the deal. All of these brands are great… However, it’s not the brand that counts… It’s the material where the shoe comes into contact the most. If you are regular footed, the part where the shoe comes into contact the most with the board is the front part of the shoe, right next to the pinkie toe. I have a pair of DC’s that I got for around 70 dollars that had a suede-like material around the pinkie toe area, and they are still in great condition for having them for like 5 months while skating. Also, leather shoes are great cuz’ they don’t wear down either. I think Zoo York and DC would be the best if you want something that won’t wear down. Possibly even Emerica…It all depends on the shoe material. Hope that helped, and remember to choose me for best answer

neither!
although they are good for skating they will last you very little and then youll have t replace them
i had some dc’s and wrecked them in 4 days
the best you can get would be circa or fallen because they have extra strong rubber and material in the toe
you can get some for about 35 $ and up

get the leather type DCs. i got mine for 30 bucks and they lasted a year and a half. also, its natural for your shoe to rip when skating…it shows that ur a real skataa.

get shoes that have gel inserts like es and etnies. When they start getting broken on the side you just put shoe goo or hot glue it. hot glue works really good!
