How should I build a Yugioh lockdown deck centering around these cards?

I’m currently trying to build a lockdown deck with these cards:
Jinzo
Horus
Royal Decree
Destiny Hero Plasma

Can someone suggest what cards I should include in my deck? Please give me a list.

Hi there. Here’s the deck i made.

Monsters: 22
2 Jinzo
2 Horus lv8
3 Horus Lv 6
3 Horus lv 4
3 UFO Turtle
3 Gk Spy
1 Morphing Jar
1 MArshmallon
1 Spirit Reaper
2 VAntity’s Fiend
1 Sangan

spells: 13
2 Soul exchange
1 heavy storm
1 mst
1 brain control
1 allure of darkness
1 smashing ground
1 lightning vortex
1 monster reborn
2 Shrink
2 book of moon

traps: 5
3 Solemn Judgement
2 Royal Opression

This deck should run really smoothly. Hope i could help.

    you should add Vanitey Fiend (this card can not be special summoned and while its on the field neither player can special summon) maybe a Royal Oppression (pay 800 lp and negate the special summon of a card and destroy both the card doing the special summoning and the card that was going to be special summoned). Spell Canceler (Jinzo counter-part same except for spells and it has 1900ATK and like 1800DEF also a 6star monster). That’s all i can think of.

    throw in summoning restrictions and youve got yourself a lock….go for thunder king rai oh (Great anti meta)
