Do i need a blender or a juice extractor? I asked myself this question when i started my first juice feasting…Because you’re like a newbie, you ask question to expert, you post on different forum to get the best anwers…and guess what? There is no best answer…That’s what i learned – because it depend on your need and what you want….
If you have a god blender powerful enough to break a lot of fiber, and a milk nuts bag to use as a filter…It’s fine, you get it….
Except Wheatgrass, you could make everything – i mean it’s easy to do nuts milk – take some nuts of your choice – soaked them – and the day after just put them in the blender with water and agave syrup or stevia to get a sweet flavor – that’s all – easy and fast…
If you want to make a green juice very rich in nutrients – take a celery, add spanich leaves and water – blend – put everything in a nuts milk to get the juice only – remove on the blender add 3 bananas and you get a sweet green smoothie…
Then you can do so much with a blender, why you would like to use a juice extractor?
In my opinion, if you use a masticating juice extractor, it’ s good because you’ll make really good juice – that’s why i would like to take one and of course i could also make some juice with greens leafy as Wheatgrass…
Then it’s only to have more juice, with best qualities…
Does that mean a blender make poor juice? Not at all, a blender make good juice, but it can’t break all the fiber so you ‘ll get less juice, and some of them have a heat generation with the blade and motor and that’s can destroy enzimes…However you coud get the same result with a centifugal juice extractor…
For me my best choice will be a blender as Vitamix and a masticating juicer as Champion…yes both because you could switch depend of juice you want to make…
