Cooking is my Thing
Friday, April 16th, 2010One of my favorite pastime is to cook. I usually do this when I’m staying home and nothing else to do. Many of my favorite menu usually have chicken in its recipe, why chicken you may ask. The answer is my favorite meat is chicken meat. Yesterday I cooked a chicken stew with Chinese Pechay and Plantain Banana in it.
This is one of my favorite Filipino dish and always part of my menu whenever I cooked for my friends or any events. Aside from the chicken stew that I cooked I also had Sam Gyup Sal for diner. This Korean dish is also one of my favorite food. Sam Gyup Sal is made up of fried pork belly, with rice and kimchi put inside a lettuce leaf. What I like about Sam Gyup Sal is that its not only easy to cook but eating it is also fun. Last nights diner was really a blast its to bad that I cant share it with anyone, or was it?
